性狀: 黃色結(jié)晶。無(wú)臭。溶于稀鹽酸,溶于堿液同時(shí)分解。熔點(diǎn)185～204℃(油浴預(yù)熱到160℃)。比旋光度[α]21589+20.4°±0.6°(c=1, 0.1mol/L氫氧化鈉溶液中)。pH 1時(shí)zui大吸收波長(zhǎng)244、307nm(ε 17300、19700)、pH 13時(shí)zui大吸收波長(zhǎng)257、302、370nm(ε 23000、22000、7100)。半數(shù)致死量(大鼠,靜脈)14mG/kG。
