Automatic insertion force tester (life)
本試驗(yàn)機(jī)用于檢測(cè)各種連接器的插入力和拔出力。力度的處理采用微電腦電路板，具有峰值保持功能，顯示精度高，讀數(shù)穩(wěn)定。具有連續(xù)插拔功能；可任意設(shè)定插拔次數(shù)，即到達(dá)設(shè)定次數(shù)后自動(dòng)停機(jī)；插入部分有防呆功能，可避免人為損壞傳感器及連接器。傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用無(wú)噪齒輪，運(yùn)行勻速，無(wú)噪音，夾具是通用夾具，適用于不同的連接器。也可作連接器插拔壽命試驗(yàn)。
This machine is applied to the detection of various connector insertion force and drawing output. The strength
of the circuit board processing by microcomputer, with peak value holding function, shows high precision,
stable reading. With continuous insertion functions; Can be set arbitrary number of plug, namely to set number
of times after automatic stop; Insert some fool proof function, can avoid man-made damage to the sensor and
the connector. Transmission mechanism adopts gear noise, and at a constant speed operation, no noise, clamp is
general, applicable to different connector. Also can make the connector plug life test.
